Terms of sale

These terms cover purchases from Ready Set Host (Ready Set Host), PO Box 35624, Grand Island, FL 32735. By buying a product on this site you agree to them.

What you are buying

A digital publication delivered as PDF files. Nothing is shipped. Payment gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files yourself: print them, fill them in, and keep them. You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share the files, or present their contents as your own product.

Delivery

Download links appear on the confirmation page as soon as payment clears, and are emailed to the address used at checkout. Links expire 72 hours after purchase. If a link expires before you have saved the files, email readysethostguide@gmail.com with your order reference and you will be sent a new one at no charge.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. Card details are entered on their systems and are never held by this site. Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax unless shown at checkout.

Refunds

Digital downloads cannot be returned, so sales are final. The refund policy page sets out the exceptions where a refund is given anyway.

No professional advice

The kit provides general educational information about operating a short-term rental. It is not legal, tax, financial, insurance or real-estate advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your situation. Short-term rental rules differ by city, county, state and HOA, and they change. You are responsible for verifying the rules that apply to your property. No income, occupancy or booking result is promised or implied.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, liability arising from your use of the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
